- Use the Contact Us page to send us a request for your custom furniture project. Please be as specific as possible. This includes providing a description of the project requested along with any important details. Details may include material choices, dimensions and any budget constraints you may have.
- We’ll review your request and respond with questions as appropriate. This may include email exchanges, phone calls, basic sketches etc. Details may be ironed out with a face to face meeting if necessary and possible.
- After the basic requirements are set a more detailed design is created, as appropriate. These documents may include preliminary design drawings or other artifacts to help ensure that we are all on the same page. This will provide the necessary information to develop a cost estimate for the project.
- Next, you will receive a detailed design and cost estimate. If the design meets your needs then we can proceed. Otherwise, you can suggest changes until we reach an agreement.
- Once the project is approved by both parties, a 50% payment is required before the project can begin. This allows us to procure materials and other supplies required to begin the project. The balance will be due upon delivery of the final product.
